How we work

From form submission to your first working workflow.

Scoper sells a structured starter kit, not a build service. We do not write your code, sit in your meetings, or take ongoing responsibility for your workflows. What we sell is the structured starting point — the prompts, the scaffolding, and the evaluation criteria — so you can build confidently with Claude or ChatGPT yourself.

Submitting the intake form is how you get the kit. We check your workflow against our archetype library and, if we have a match, your kit arrives within 24 hours. From there, the build is yours.

We are explicit about what is included and what is not. The kit is a starting point, not a finished system. It is designed so that someone willing to spend 1–2 hours in a Claude environment can get visible output on day one.

Kit delivery timeline

Six steps from form to first working output.

  1. Step 0

    Now

    Fill the intake form

Eight fields, five minutes. The form is on /p/scoping. It asks about your workflow, your team, the volume, and your current tooling. No sales call required.

  2. Step 1

    Same day

We confirm and check the fit

We review your submission and check your workflow against our archetype library. If we have a kit that matches, we confirm. If we don’t have a fit, we tell you and refund — no delay, no back-and-forth.

  3. Step 2

    Within 24 hours

    Your kit arrives

A GitHub repo URL or zip download arrives by email. Inside: prompts, scaffolding, worked examples, evaluation criteria, a troubleshooting guide, and a roadmap.md that walks you through the next 3–5 tasks.

  4. Step 3

    Day 1–3 (you)

Install and run the first task

You install Claude Code (or use Claude.ai web or Cursor), paste the kit, and run the first task. The kit is designed so the first task produces visible output on day one.

  5. Step 4

    Day 3–14 (you)

    Iterate

You run through the roadmap at your own pace. Each task builds on the last. The evaluation criteria in the kit tell you when the output is good enough to ship.

  6. Step 5

    Anytime

    Support

Stuck? Email-only support is included with the Starter kit. The Kickstart tier adds a 15-minute demo call. The Studio subscription adds monthly office hours and community access.
